The preservation of the Village Green and the fact that traffic in the city going North and South is reasonable and not a lot of traffic backup except, perhaps during rush hour when it’s to be expected. Also the green spaces, parks, community tennis courts and soccer fields.

Not unbearable traffic.

Walkability – it’s so nice to be able to walk to downtown for food,drink, shopping, meeting friends.
Neighbors – we know them.
Schools – we have a very good system.

The city is kept up with from a maintenance perspective. The city is clean and updated. We feel safe in our neighborhood and surrounding city.

I love that it feels like a small town in a big city. The neighbors are great and the schools are high quality

Small enough that citizens can participate. Trees and beauty. Can walk safely in my neighborhood. Small town in large metro area.

The feeling of community . I once lived off West Broad Street and neighborhood was terrible & you could not trust your neighbors .
Here I can more than trust them , they are family .

Beauty despite being surrounded by highways and increased traffic. Trees. Compact with library, grocery, churches, govt,parks,rec center in short distance from each other.

It’s safe and the city groundscaping people keep everything looking so nice.
