We value the clean, easily accessible and well thought out parks around the neighborhood.

The community and smaller town feel

The small town feel within the big city. The schools and traditions.

Schools, pools, neighborhoods, parks, access to bike path, downtown businesses from Clintonville to 270.

There is a good variety of quality local businesses. The farmers market is a treasure in itself. There is a clear commitment to celebrating diversity. The libraries are amazing!

Close knit neighborhoods. Small town feel close to the city.

I like that it’s a safe area.

I love the quaintness of old Worthington and the farmers market. Also a fan of Whitney House.

Small town feel while still being in a big city. Walk & bikeable

August 9, 2025 at 3:17 pm

Walkable, affordable, and centrally located.

Downtown and immediate adjacent city blocks in all directions. Maintaining and EVEN RESTORING the history is essential.

August 9, 2025 at 12:17 pm

The community feel, the trees, walkability, inclusiveness.

Character, maintaining the history, not some superficial fake looking place like dublin and new Albany

Nothing. It’s heading in the wrong direction.

The safe neighborhoods, beautiful downtown, new shops and restaurants (joyas). Great city services, snow plowing.

I moved to Old Worthington in 2016 mainly for the excellent public schools. However I wish for Worthington to embrace change, development, and mixed-use density rather than try to define and keep its same character indefinitely.

Small quaint down town

Independently owned shops and restaurants. Historic city that is well maintained. Good neighbors / good “vibes”. Music and art performances indoors and outside.

History, single family homes

August 8, 2025 at 8:59 pm

The charm. The amazing kind community/neighbors.

I treasure that Worthington isn’t like any other community. I treasure that not every space has sidewalks and paths to get there- that there are un discovered spaces. I also very much treasure that we have ZERO high rise apartments. I am a 50 year resident of this community and don’t want to compete with other places.
