Small town feel, Olentangy trail and ongoing park and SUP improvements, the greenspace (umch) behind my house that serves as a passive park, historical preservation and unique architecture, the appreciation of valued greenspaces, local businesses, sense of community, neighborhood schools, the farmers market, arts festival, decorations in the alley, the fact that i am guaranteed to see someone i know if i go to the grocery store or dinner uptown. Strong community support for schools.

It’s small and everything is close. For me, it’s very walkable – everything I need is within 0.5 miles.

I really like the historic value the community brings to our state and region.

The natural growth without corporate apartment complexes that erode other communities’ character.

NO high density high rise condos or apartments. Worthington is patterned off a small New England town. I have lived in New England. You don’t see high rise buildings in small towns in New England.

Location in Central ohio. green space and park in every neighborhood. The historic value of old worthington and residential neighborhoods. The foresight the zoning creators had to sustain about 15,000 residents in our limited space.

Worthington is a community that offers all the things; walkability, shade covered streets, beauty, good schools and proximity to the urban life. Worthington’s Park District is a treasure.

The community and neighborhood culture/feel when you walk around Old Worthington. The good care of the city from roads, to buildings, to events always planned for the residents.

Neighborhood and untapped potential

Walkability, low housing density, mostly owner- occupied properties, the maintenance of consistent building standards in the historical district, the honoring of the history and landmarks of the city, neighborhood schools, solid city services.

I feel safe here. I like the position of Worthington in relation to Columbus. I like the friendly people and pleasant surroundings. I like the recreational opportunities.

That it is very walkable, quaint but friendly and still busy.

Easy access to everything on the northside of Columbus.
